These machines are very sophisticated products backed by more than 3 decades of manufacturing experience in the Plastic industry. The machines therefore, present a fine example of compact design, sound workmanship and super finish. The selected materials, advanced manufacturing techniques, rigid standards of inspection and tests all go into making of these machines highly productive and efficient. The machines are based upon a proved and tested design for the last many years. The machines are labour saving and find its place in various Plastic processors and other allied industries.
The machines are made from specified raw materials and has been put through exhaustive trials or welded to provide a rigid structure on which the various machine elements rests. The machines are highly efficient and energy saving and are skillfully engineered to guarantee trouble free service for years with minimum maintenance.
In order to be able offer a mixer suitable for Plastisol and other applications, trials are conducted on a pilot plant in our laboratory batch heating/cooling mixer with the raw materials received from clients. This enables us to quote for the most suitable machine for the materials to be mixed. This pre-trial is free of charge and we will of course treat all submitted information as confidential.
